Yes! RocketRez is a cloud-based platform, meaning that if you have internet and an iPad or computer, you can access it from absolutely anywhere.

Of course! Your data is stored on our extremely secure data servers, but if you need your data, just let us know and we will get a backup for you.

Every action in RocketRez is tracked at a finely detailed level. Throughout the RocketOffice application, there are multiple places that allow you to instantly see who created or modified the record and at what time.

RocketRez is API integrated with a large number of resellers such as Viator, Expedia, GetYourGuide and more. See list here. Since we are integrated, you do not have to worry about vouchers or setting up separate bar-codes. Sales will happen live and will look no different than if it was a direct booking created from your office point of sale or website.   

In order to gain more resellers for our customers we work through two connectivity platforms: Rezdy and Redeam

Rezdy Channel Manager:  Find and connect with thousands of global resellers and local agents in one marketplace platform. List your standard ‘market’ rates for instant bookings and guaranteed commissions or negotiate rates for individual contracts.  

Redeam Channel Manager: Connect with large Global Resellers like GetYourGuide, Expedia and Reserve with Google through Redeam’s reseller API. Already fully integrated into RocketRez, for a small fee, connect to many of the top OTA’s around the world. Redeam is also a preferred partner of Disney and facilitates the connection from Disney World to Reserve with Google. 

We also have a partner portal where you can set up local partners, such as concierges or other local attractions, to sell your products. You can have an unlimited amount of third parties using the platform and they can be set up in RocketRez in a matter of minutes. Your partners will then have their own unique link to sell your tours, and their sales can be easily tracked through our advanced reporting suite.

We have had clients onboard in as little as a 2 weeks, but typically it takes about 6-8 weeks to complete configuration and training with your dedicated RocketRez Customer Success Rep (CSR). As the system is highly customized for your business, it is really about your needs and comfort levels.
