RocketRez, a leading provider of software solutions for the tourism and attractions industry, is excited to announce a new partnership with Wings and Waves Waterpark, a popular family destination in McMinnville, Oregon.

This partnership will see RocketRez deploying an advanced ticketing and operational management system to improve the waterpark’s sales efficiency and guest services.

Wings and Waves Waterpark, adjacent to an aerospace museum, features a unique combination of aviation and space-themed adventures for the entire family. The park allows guests to experience the thrill of sliding out of an actual 747 or one of the only virtual reality slide experiences in North America.

RocketRez represents a ticketing upgrade for Wings and Waves, increasing mobile ticketing, strong dynamic pricing capabilities, and comprehensive ticketing features, effectively managing admissions and enhancing guest experiences. 

To address previous challenges, RocketRez implemented a range of key features tailored to meet the needs of Wings and Waves Waterpark. These include online and point-of-sale channels for timed ticketing, dynamic pricing rules to encourage advanced bookings, and specialized modules for managing events, cabana upsells, group bookings, and birthday parties.
