The Audain Art Museum, renowned for its unique collection of British Columbia art, has been focused on recovering and surpassing its pre-pandemic visitor numbers, with a goal to double annual attendance from 60,000 to 120,000 visitors. A key obstacle in achieving this growth has been the limitations of their existing systems, including an antiquated online checkout process and the use of disparate systems for event management, ticketing, and retail operations.

RocketRez will implement a comprehensive suite of features to address these challenges, including advanced ticketing, membership management, web sales, point-of-sale (POS) integration, group sales, event management, and educational program coordination. This integrated approach is designed to improve online sales and to enhance overall visitor engagement.
